2. Bookings & Payments

• Appointments are not guaranteed until confirmed.

• A non-refundable retainer may be required to secure your booking, particularly for bridal services.

• Remaining balances are due as outlined at the time of booking.

• Accepted payment methods will be communicated during booking.

 

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Cancellations or reschedule requests must be made within the timeframe specified at booking.

• Retainers are non-refundable and non-transferable.

• Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to the full service fee.

• Cassie Maulson Beauty reserves the right to cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances, illness, or emergencies. In such cases, payments made will be refunded or rescheduled where possible.

 

4. Bridal Services

• Bridal bookings may require a signed contract outlining specific terms, timelines, and minimums.

• Trial appointments are strongly recommended but not mandatory unless stated in your agreement.

• Final looks are based on client preferences discussed during consultation; changes requested on the event date may be limited by time.

 

5. Personal Makeup Lessons

• Makeup lessons are educational in nature and results may vary based on individual skill level and practice.

• Clients are responsible for practicing techniques learned after the session.

• Product recommendations are suggestions only; Cassie Maulson Beauty is not affiliated with or responsible for third-party products.

 

6. Health & Safety

Clients must disclose any allergies, sensitivities, skin conditions, or medical concerns prior to services. Cassie Maulson Beauty is not responsible for reactions resulting from undisclosed conditions.

 

7. Photography & Marketing

By receiving services, clients may consent to photography or video for portfolio, website, and social media use unless otherwise requested in writing prior to the appointment.
